In most situations, my approach to making images is narrative and non-intrusive. During such times, I work as a keenly observant wallflower. However, when the need arises, I can comfortably take control of a photo shoot.

I am a professional photographer with over 20 years experience. That time is shared between commercial work, personal projects and teaching (both conventional and digital imaging). Such diversity in photographic practice has lead to a substantial skills base. I am well versed in all aspects of lighting and all formats (4x5 through 35mm) of photography.
